DELIVERY & RETURNS
The orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:30, excluding festive days.The orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be processed next Monday. Further information on the procedures and deadlines for delivery of ordered products can be found in the e-mail confirming shipment.
During sales period, deliveries may take 2 or 3 business days longer tan usual.
Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference and will commence from the shipping date; we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Your satisfaction is our first priority for Aina Kari. Please notify Aina Kari of your decision to cancel within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date on which you received the purchased product from www.aina-kari.com. Aina Kari will accept products in their original condition for a refund of the full purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice and packaging. Any product that has been damaged or altered will not be accepted. Return items must be shipped back to the Aina Kari from the date you notify the Aina Kari of your decision to cancel. The products should be returned using the courier indicated by the Aina Kari (DHL), or through another courier or postage method chosen by you. Shipping charges and recovery costs are not refunded. To be eligible for a return you’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@aina-kari.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipment and insurance of items returned to Aina Kari is the Client's responsibility and it will be at their cost. Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, please take reasonable care of the products. Aina Kari has the right to not accept returned and/or make a claim against you if you do not take reasonable care of the products, for example, where products have been altered from their original status or damaged. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted. In this case, you may choose to have the products delivered to you at no expense by Aina Kari. If you refuse the above delivery, Aina Kari reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products. In case of damages to the product(s) during transportation, Aina Kari will inform the Client within five (5) working days upon receiving them at its warehouse so the Client can register a complaint towards the courier chosen and obtain a refund of the product value (when ensured).
Partial or whole refunds to the Client will be made within 30 days of the date of the returned or canceled items being received by Aina Kari provided that the goods are properly returned. All undamaged correctly returned products will be credited by bank transfer or other payment methods agreed. Shipping charges and recovery costs are not refunded.
The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the form of payment used:
• payment by PayPal/Credit/Debit card:
refunds will be credited to your PayPal account. The reimbursement to the credit card depends on the company that issued the card; however, that the value date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment; therefore you will not suffer any interest loss;
• payment made by bank transfer
you will be refunded the amount you paid for the products returned to the Bank account you indicate in your email; the time needed for refunding depends on the information you provided in your order; normally refunds take place within a month, depending on the Bank’s own policies. Please remember it is necessary to have a Bank account in order to receive a refund for bank transfer orders.
Where the product was purchase as a gift, the refund of the sums paid for purchases will be made to the individual who purchased the product and made the payment.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right; make sure that you take reasonable care of the products and that they have not been modified or damaged in any way;
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Refund time and procedures
After Aina Kari has received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted. Partial or whole refunds to the Client will be made within 30 days of the date of the returned or canceled items being received by Aina Kari provided that the goods are properly returned. All undamaged correctly returned products will be credited by bank transfer or other payment methods agreed. Shipping charges and recovery costs are not refunded.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
These Return Policy conditions, which are part of the General Conditions of Sale, are governed by Italian law and in particular by Italian legislative decree 6 September 2005 no. 206 on distance contracts.
