Unique and unrepeatable
STRAVEDAMENTO- Double Waterfall
"Miracle" -Venetian dialect
Venice embracing the mountains
Surprising shapes, mouthblown Murano glass tears, marble veins and incredible colors.
Almost always the mist, caused by the humidity and smog of the Po valley, precludes the view of the mountains. There are days, however, in which particular meteorological situations occur, which give rise to a phenomenon that, in dialect, the lagoon fishermen call "drifting".
The wind of Bora Chiara, which blows from the north-east, drives away the mist bringing clear skies, low temperatures and clear and dry air; the refraction is almost completely zeroed, so much so that the top of Monte Civetta can be the backdrop for a gondola.
Only on these days, therefore, will the mountain horizon be visible to the naked eye and within shooting range.
STRAVEDAMENTO
Highly collectible pieces that embody the essence of Murano’ artisans unique technique of mouth-blowing. Asymmetrical vases and stunning Murano glass make this piece truly memorable with its
combination of Palissandro marble in a silent monumentality.
The decorative object combines the craftsmanship of Murano art, a one-of-a-kind blown vase, white-milk crystal inside and dozens of water drops in transparent crystal joined to a white marble trunk, where the living, material part tells the peaks of the mountain during this majestic typically Venetian event called STRAVEDAMENTO.
ACQUA ALTA
Full Moon over High Water in Venice
Meticulously blown by skilled Murano' Maestro to emanate finesse, elegance and meaning. A piece without a story behind is a lonely soul. Crackle glass effect paired with Palissandro marble base embrace amber Murano glass moon for a stronger interior decor' signature.
FIRESIDE
Scented piece inspired by Japanese low table- "Chabudai".
Despite the monumental marble, the floating design
embraces purity and simplicity by alternating smooth surface with raw and rough stone signature. Pure shape becomes a key element.
