SHIPPING & RETURNS

Delivery time 2-3 working days for EU DHL express orders. Overseas delivery time will vary, up to 7 days. The orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:30, excluding festive days. Further information on the procedures and deadlines for delivery of ordered products can be found in the e-mail confirming shipment. Please remember that if you order products from an extra-European delivery destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

Slight differences in size or weight should be considered proof of craftsmanship; each piece is unique and cannot be replicated identically. Murano glass is made by hand in small, traditional workshops. This, by nature, results in slight irregularities, such as tiny air bubbles ("bollicine"), minor color variations, or subtle asymmetries, which are seen as charming marks of the maker, not flaws.
