Delivery time 2-3 working days for EU DHL express orders. Overseas delivery time will vary, up to 7 days. The orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:30, excluding festive days. Slight differences in size or weight should be considered proof of craftsmanship; each piece is unique and cannot be replicated identically. Murano glass is made by hand in small, traditional workshops. This, by nature, results in slight irregularities, such as tiny air bubbles ("bollicine"), minor color variations, or subtle asymmetries, which are seen as charming marks of the maker, not flaws.
