The secret of our success lies in the pride behind exceptional craftsmanship and traditional skills. Behind each piece lies the passion and dedication of people inspired by Italian art and beauty. The artistic glass district of Murano is an all-Italian exellence. Giving continuity to artisanal activities is a vocation and at the same time a mission for Aina Kari.
Murano glass and Palissandro marble candles are handmade in the heart of Murano island and Ossola Valley, in the center of seven Alpine valleys, by experienced artisans.
AK stands for Quality - of life, community and environment.
OUR PACKAGING
Each of Aina Kari's candles are boxed in sustainable packaging, 100 % high-quality recycled, recyclable and biodegradable Shiro-Eco Favini Paper, a revolutionary example of up-cycling. Our creative and eco-conscious packaging is carefully sourced and produced in Treviso, a jewel town next to Venice.
In effort to become as circular as possible, we are also continually searching for more eco-friendly materials to use throughout our next collections to further minimize their impact on our planet, without compromissing the outstanding quality of our products. We also pride ourselves to be plastic free and FSC certified.

OUR COLLABORATIONS
Irina Flore, innovative and art-objects designer, manipulates light and form to enhance the experience of lighting candles as a second life purpose, whatever valuable cocktail glass or decorative déhors vase to be collected.
Artistic packaging artworks were created by Paolo Gallina, Italian illustrator and comic book artist.
For the Palissandro marble collection, you will recognize the raw signature of Pietre Trovanti. Because each object requires experience, appropriate craftmanship and specific attention to the design.

The alchemy of creating high quality natural candles is based on passion for quality ingredients and artisanal finesse to symbolise a different sensorial experience. Each candle carries with it creative freedom.
AK candles are made with high quality natural blends of coconut, rapeseed, soy and beeswaxes for a greater scented pleasure and a better place to live. Our candles are slow burning and considered the healthiest for people as they are smokeless and sootless. Rapeseed is a bright yellow flowering plant that is sustainable, renewable, and greener alternative to mineral wax.
